Panel design, wiring, and testing for various equipment.
- PLC, and HMI programming. (PLC languages to be known Siemens, Schindler, Omron, Delta, Mitsubishi etc.)
- Site installation and commissioning.
- Field wiring of process instruments, Materials Handling Equipment, motors, etc at project sites.
- After-sales service and troubleshooting after Product/System commissioning.
- New product development.
- System Design and Integration: Design, develop, and implement industrial automation systems based on project requirements
- Integrate programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), sensors, and other hardware/software components into existing and new systems
- Programming and Configuration: Write, test, and debug PLC code to control automated machinery and processes
- Configure and program supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems for real-time monitoring and control
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues with automated systems to minimize downtime
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to keep automation systems operating at peak performance
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and production staff, to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions
- Provide technical support and training to operations personnel
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation improvements
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Experience in automation-related wiring PLC, HMI interface programming, and SCADA systems.
- Expert in generating wiring diagrams and BOM for Control Panel. Complete
- Panel wiring and testing.
- Automation and controls
- Experience with AC drives and controls
- OEM product experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
