**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Production**:

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms (website, social media, internal communications).
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture compelling footage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos, including adding music, graphics, and effects.
- Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and are optimized for different platforms.
- Manage video library and archive footage for future use.

**Content Development**:

- Work with the marketing team to create engaging video content that supports UBSS’s marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends and techniques to keep our content fresh and innovative.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of video production equipment and techniques.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and exporting for different platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
