**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Bangla-speaking patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Provide information and assistance regarding medical care options, treatment plans, and hospital operations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patients during consultations and treatments, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Adapt to changes in treatment plans and communicate these changes effectively to patients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff to facilitate smooth patient care coordination.
- Report to the manager on patient feedback, concerns, and suggestions for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Excellent communication skills in Bangla are mandatory.**:

- Experienced and freshers can apply.
- Knowledge of hospital operations and medical terminology is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond to patient care situations with empathy and professionalism.
