1) Must have experience in ASP.NET & C#, Java script, jQuery, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, Web Services 2) Strong integration experience in CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints 3) Comfortable using Visual Studio, TFS/VSTS & source control. 4) Good written and verbal communication skills 5) Hand on Agile Methodology project execution 6) Preferred MB2716, PL900, PL200 certifications. 7) CRM Technical hands on including the below areas but not limited to: - Customizations and Configurations (Fields, Forms, Views, Relationships, Business Rules, Business Process Flows) - Plugins (Development and Debugging) - OOB Workflows and Custom Workflow Activities - JavaScript - WCF Services - Security Matrix - Data Migration - Deployments 8) Required to have knowledge on MS CRM 2015 & 2011 On-Premise 9) Hands on Dynamics 365. 10) Experience with TFS 11) Knowledge on LINQPad, PowerShell is recommended 12) Exposure to Insurance domain is a huge plus 13) Knowledge on TeamCity, Octopus is an added advantage 14) Ability to prepare Release Notes, User Guides 15) Excellent Communication skills with client facing experience 16) Should have experience with service now and end user support.

17) Implemented complete life cycle of least 3 to 5 projects. 18) Good experience in troubleshooting dynamics exceptions. 19) Strong experience in XRM toolbox (includes SPKL)
