The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for efficiently managing and inputting data into the university's information systems. They will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all data processed. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input, update, and maintain university-related data into digital systems, including student records, financial information, and inventory data.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and prepare data reports as required by various departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security standards are upheld.
- Organize and archive data files, both electronically and physically, as needed.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and timely processing of information.
- Perform routine data backups and ensure the recovery of critical data in case of system failure.
- Respond to data inquiries and provide support for data-related tasks as requested by management.
- Adhere to data entry guidelines and protocols as defined by the university’s administrative policies.
- Assist in any administrative duties that may arise from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree and a degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with data entry software and digital filing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy).
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in an educational institution.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
