**Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketer to join our team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a strong understanding of digital channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize marketing performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media accounts and communities, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and structure for improved search engine visibility and rankings.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and brand messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage digital advertising budgets effectively, optimizing spend and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on digital marketing performance, trends, and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
