**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer

About the Company

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to ensure a seamless user experience from conception to launch.

**Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs, identify pain points, and gather insights for design improvements.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to communicate and validate design ideas.
- **UI Design**: Design visually appealing and consistent UI elements, components, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and ensure a positive user experience.
- **UX Design**: Develop user flows, site maps, and journey maps to enhance user engagement and improve usability across all digital touchpoints.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.
- **Usability Testing**: Conduct usability tests to validate design decisions, gather user feedback, and refine interfaces based on data-driven insights.
- **Iterate & Improve**: Continuously update and improve existing designs based on user feedback and evolving best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or related field with a portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and finished products.
- **Tools Proficiency**: Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools like InVision.
- **Design Skills**: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and best practices for mobile and web interfaces.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to analyze and solve complex UX problems and advocate for user-friendly solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, high-quality designs.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,874.77 per month
