Attend enquiries & convert walk-ins into admissions.
- Receive and attend to enquiries through phone calls and various other means of marketing
- Update student details in School ERP system.Manage the re-enrollment (rollover students) of current students for the succeeding year.
- Oversee the network of parents, former parents and alumni to assist in the admissions program.Keep relevant statistics on all aspects of the admission and re-enrollment program.Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Administrator.
- Handle parent grievances in a systematic manner and report them to the Chief Administrator immediately.
- Update the Chief Administrator on the day to day work activities
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.

Job Title: Admission Associate

Department: Admin

Reporting to: Chief Administrator
- Collaborate with the program coordinators to organize presentations for admission enquiry purpose.
- Perform School administrative and clerical activities when needed.
- Build broad knowledge on School admission activities and guidelines.

Updates to Chief Administrator:

- Forwards complete detailed report of admission enquires on daily basis.
- Updates Chief Administrator of any change in status of admission enquiries.
- Sends daily activity report to Chief Administrator detailing all tasks covered for the day.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
