**Role & responsibilities:
**JOB SUMMARY
The Lead engineer’s main responsibly is development and deployment of features / functions for the transportation vehicles in the AUTOSAR environment. Work deliverables include requirements definition, control algorithm development using plant models and/or hardware, software component development and implementation for production release. Perform design analysis including DFMEA and DFSS. Interact with various stakeholders across customer organization, project management team and to arrive at the right requirements and decisions for implementation. Perform peer reviews and front end customer on the technical issues. Support project management team in breaking the project requirements/phases into sub-tasks which can be managed and tracked daily. Coordinate and participate in architecture, requirements, design, code, and test case reviews.

**Areas of expertise expected are**
- Experience in embedded C programming.
- Experience of developing AUTOSAR modules
- Experience of implementing / developing any of the below modules:

- Ethernet communication stack
- CAN communication stack
- Diagnostics-UDS
- Experience of in-vehicle network protocol such as CAN, / LIN, USB/ Ethernet.
- Experience of integration of drivers such as MCAL / Bootloader and BSW modules
- Experience of DIAG, COM and other stacks in AUTOSAR

**Educational Background**

Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ Electrical engineering.
