**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems in Havells appliances and equipment.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical products, ensuring optimal functioning and safety.
- Conduct inspections and testing to identify issues and prevent future malfunctions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on Havells product use and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services.
- Collaborate with the team to order necessary parts and supplies.
- Stay updated with the latest electrical industry advancements.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification/diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician.
- Strong knowledge of Havells electrical systems and equipment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Understanding of electrical safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Flexibility for weekend/after-hours work.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
