**Job Description -**
- Initiating phone conversations with potential leads, clients and data with given targets
- Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle
- Achieving the weekly targets in a high-pressure performance driven competitive environment
- Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion ratio, Average revenue generated in a month, Average revenue per sale, etc.
- Setting up meetings with clients at their office at home for presentation
- Activating channel partners, brokers and corporate for lead generation and events
- Achieving set targets for broker meetups and activations
- Performing site visits and presentations to clients and solving all queries of clients
- Need to be multitasking and self-driven approach
- Maintaining MIS of self-performance weekly, daily, monthly and reporting to senior
- Mainly responsible for pure sales and broker activation through it
- Target bound not time-bound work
- Comfortable traveling across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Mumbai suburbs.

**Experience**: 1 year of minimum experience in real estate
