**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the hospital's target audience and goals.
- Create and maintain a strong brand image for the hospital through various online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals to facilitate referrals and partnerships.
- Organize and participate in healthcare events, seminars, workshops, and community outreach programs to showcase hospital services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Develop engaging content for promotional materials, websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential patients and convert them into hospital clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, medical staff, and administration to align marketing efforts with overall hospital objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
- The role may involve local travel to attend events, meetings, and conferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and ethics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
- Travel Allowance: Reimbursement for travel expenses related to job responsibilities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
