Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.

- Develop and manage the marketing department's budget.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and advertising creatives.
- Manage and track the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to develop and implement campaigns.
- **Team Leadership & Management**:

- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Set performance goals for team members and provide regular feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, product, etc.) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- **Brand Management**:

- Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all marketing materials align with the company's brand identity.
- Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback or issues.
- Promote the brand through various marketing channels and events.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Regularly report on marketing performance to senior management.
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing management.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,280.57 - ₹30,134.16 per month
