Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:
Graphic Design:

- Develop creative concepts and design layouts for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with brand identity.
- Create visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand visibility and recognition.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design deliverables.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

Video Editing:

- Edit raw footage to produce high-quality videos for various purposes, including promotional videos, product demonstrations, tutorials, and social media content.
- Incorporate visual effects, transitions, graphics, and sound effects to enhance video content and maintain viewer engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboard concepts and execute video projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats, adhering to technical specifications and requirements.
- Continuously refine and improve video editing techniques and workflows to streamline production processes and deliver impactful video content efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, multimedia arts, film production, or related field.
- Proven experience (6mon-1 years) in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and video editing software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and videos.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current trends in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing techniques.
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and take initiative to drive projects forward.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
