About the Role

Responsible for managing controlling aspects for G&A costs for Country Management Team. The annual costs under control for this role is ~$15 Mn. Need to coordinate with various functional teams to understand the costs and performing FP&A, reporting in connection with the cost.

Your Team

This role will report into Manager - Finance. There will not be any team member directly reporting into this role.

What You Will Do
- FP&A role for managing one BU functions (country management costs for the entity and cross charge/ P&L Management and controlling)
- Ensuring monthly finance close and reporting the financials to the corporate
- Billing out Inter Company revenue/costs as per agreement with the entities
- Approving PR/PO and tracking the costs against budget
- Assisting in preparation of statutory financials and audit (internal audit, tax audit, statutory audit).
- Coordinate with Internal and auditors, resolve auditors issues / queries.
- Preparing various MIS reports and attend reviews with the managers / function heads

What You Need
- Graduate in commerce, CA
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance & controlling
- Working experience in SAP
- Working knowledge in Preparation of financial, TDS & GST
- Knowledge in IND_AS
- Particularly good MS office skills

What is Nice to Have
- Knowledge in transfer pricing concepts
- Experience in multi-national company
- Ability to interact effectively with management, functional peers and subordinates (team player)
- Ability to gain credibility, trust and cooperation from others, including external auditors, local authorities and external service providers
- Confidence, quality and ability to communicate fluently and professionally in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team to perform multiple concurrent and diversified task

What Makes You Eligible
- Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic only
- Be willing to work in an office at Whitefield, Bengaluru
