**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial assessments of patients presenting to the OPD, including vital signs measurement, medical history review, and chief complaint evaluation.
- Assist healthcare providers during patient consultations, minor procedures, and vaccinations, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician, following established nursing protocols and guidelines.
- Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans, addressing any questions or concerns patients may have.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and comprehensively in the electronic medical record system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of OPD services.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- GNM is preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in outpatient nursing, preferably in a mother and child care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
