**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT positions - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Screen resumes to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
- Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in niche IT hiring.
- Knowledge of bulk and lateral hiring processes.
- Familiarity with employer branding and social media hiring strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
