Prepare and set up the VMC, including installing tools and fixtures.
- Load and unload workpieces as per the job specifications.
- Input and edit CNC programs, ensuring accuracy in specifications.
- Use CAD/CAM software for creating or modifying programs.
- Monitor machine operation during production runs, making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct trial runs to ensure that programs produce parts within tolerances.
- Measure and inspect parts using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Document and report any defects or irregularities.
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
