We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our loyalty program. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the program, handling member queries, managing the helpdesk, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the loyalty program activities according to the project plan.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the program's helpdesk, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to member concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, operations, and IT) and external partners to ensure seamless program execution.
- Prepare regular status reports, documentation, and presentations on program progress and key metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of program enhancements and process improvements.
- Track and manage program budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role would be a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems and helpdesk software
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward issue resolution.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
