We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Polki Jewellery Merchandiser to join our luxury jewellery brand. As a Polki Jewellery Merchandiser, you will be responsible for curating and managing our exclusive collection of Polki jewellery pieces, ensuring they reflect the brand's high-end identity and meet the demands of our discerning clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Curate a captivating and diverse collection of Polki jewellery pieces that align with our luxury brand's aesthetics and target market.
- Collaborate with designers and craftsmen to develop new and unique Polki jewellery designs that showcase the brand's creativity and craftsmanship.
- Stay updated with the latest Polki jewellery trends and market preferences, incorporating them into the collection to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor inventory levels and product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize the assortment and drive sales.
- Develop pricing strategies for Polki jewellery pieces, considering market trends, production costs, and brand positioning.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the luxury Polki jewellery segment.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging product presentations and marketing campaigns for the Polki jewellery collection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and artisans to ensure a steady supply of high-quality Polki gemstones and jewellery components.
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to showcase the Polki jewellery collection in-store and at luxury events.
- Provide product knowledge training to the sales team, empowering them to effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of each Polki jewellery piece to customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Polki Jewellery Merchandiser, with a strong understanding of the luxury jewellery market and Polki jewellery trends.
- In-depth knowledge of Polki gemstones, their sourcing, grading, and setting techniques.
- Creative flair and an eye for detail to curate an exceptional Polki jewellery collection.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills to optimize inventory and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for luxury products and a keen understanding of the expectations of high-end clientele.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic luxury jewellery environment.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
