We are a leading insurance consultancy firm Right policy
**We are looking for Accounting & back office assistant for client servicing which will involve following activities**:
- Recording of insurance policies
- Coordinating between clients and insurance companies
- Renewal follow up with clients
- Filling up proposal / claim forms
- Processing claims
- Managing insurance company portals: - downloading policies, uploading documents, searching policies
- Tracking Commission payments
- Day to day accounting
**You may come over for discussions on any working day between 2.00 to 6.30 p.m. you should meet the following basic requirements**:
- Expertise in Word & **Excel** (Knowledge of advance formulas mandatory)
- Excellent command over written & spoken **English**
- Minimum 3 years work experience in accounts with knowledge of **Tally**
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, Pune - 411005, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
