**Job Summary**:
The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children (ages 3-6). The teacher will focus on foundational skills, including early literacy, numeracy, social development, and motor skills, through play-based and activity-based learning methods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning & Instruction**:

- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans following the early childhood education curriculum.
- Use interactive and play-based teaching techniques to enhance learning.
- Foster early literacy, numeracy, cognitive, and motor skills.
- Incorporate storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and physical activities into daily lessons.
- **Classroom Management & Student Engagement**:

- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage social skills, emotional intelligence, and teamwork.
- Maintain discipline using positive reinforcement techniques.
- **Student Observation & Progress Tracking**:

- Monitor and assess each child's progress in key developmental areas.
- Identify and address learning difficulties early.
- Provide feedback to parents on their child’s growth and development.
- **Parental Communication & Collaboration**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents through meetings and reports.
- Provide guidance on how parents can support learning at home.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for school events and activities.
- **Health & Safety Responsibilities**:

- Ensure children’s hygiene, safety, and well-being in the classroom.
- Assist with meal times, nap times, and personal care routines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:
