B.Com. / M.Com. / MBA (Finance) / PGDM / Diploma in Civil or Mech Engg.

Exp - 2 years to 8 years

Preparing and maintaining inventory records of site, checking bills / challans as per Purchase Order / Work Order etc., Keeping records of all incoming and outgoing transactions / inventory and to ensure that each transaction corresponds to the correct account, reconciling material accounts and guiding the site engineers, proper documentation & filing, coordination with Project Manager.

Maintain the privacy of Inventory information, and when necessary, backup databases, Rectify any anomalies or inconsistencies they discover in the company’s stores document

Preparing reports, MIS and analyzing account information, monitoring of material in transit, Prepares Goods received note by verifying documentation, and issuing for consumption. Handling vendor queries and record. Knowledge of Reorder level, Reorder quantity, ABC Analysis, Inventory management.
