Expertise Intersystem IRIS, Cache Dev - Pune / Noida / Bangalore

what dose Lead - Intersystem IRIS, Cache Dev do at Fiserv?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing support and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Intersystems Cache and related technologies to make informed recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to project timelines.
- Strong knowledge on design principles and best practices in implementing
- Development of new interfaces in Intersystem IRIS which includes Business Process and Operations.
- Estimate development efforts including design, code and unit testing.

What we need
- 8 to 12 years of experience in intersystem IRIS, Cache.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Developer with a strong focus on Intersystems Cache.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling principles.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience on Account Processing Core
- Exposure to Banking and Financial Services industry with a good understanding of Banking Products, Services & Procedures.
- Exposure to XML, XSLT and Data transformations as well as strong SQL skills
