Gardener

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas including mowing, trimming, weeding, and pruning.
- Plant, transplant, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plant materials.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as mulching, leaf removal, irrigation, and snow removal (if applicable).
- Install and maintain irrigation systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of garden areas.
- Identify plant diseases and pests and take appropriate action.
- Follow landscaping plans or provide suggestions for garden improvement.
- Ensure proper disposal of garden waste and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role.
- Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscaping.
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics.
- Basic understanding of irrigation and fertilization systems.
