**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist customers in understanding their furniture and interior needs, and guide them through the product selection process.
- Showcase the features and benefits of various products to potential customers, highlighting their quality and suitability.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Listen attentively to customer preferences, concerns, and questions, addressing their inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
- Collaborate with customers to design customized furniture solutions that meet their specific requirements and style preferences.
- Maintain a neat and organized showroom environment, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing the company's point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
- Follow up with customers after their visit, addressing any follow-up questions or concerns they may have.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and interior design concepts to better assist customers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in interior design, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or home interior industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
- Good understanding of interior design concepts and an eye for aesthetics.
- Familiarity with CRM software and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours as required by the showroom schedule.
