SEO Executive

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable SEO Executive to join our team. As an SEO Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic to our websites and improving their search engine rankings. You will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies, optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, and analyzing website performance metrics. Your expertise in search engine optimization techniques, analytical skills, and attention to detail will be key in maximizing our online visibility and attracting targeted audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- SEO Strategy: Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic to our websites.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our target audience.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Off-Page Optimization: Implement off-page optimization techniques, including link building, social bookmarking, and online reputation management, to enhance website authority and credibility.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content, ensuring it aligns with target keywords, user intent, and SEO best practices.
- Technical SEO: Perform technical website audits, identify and resolve technical SEO issues, and optimize website performance, including page load speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
- SEO Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, click-through rates (CTRs), and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Reporting: Generate regular SEO reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities, track industry trends, and stay ahead of the competition.
- SEO Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes, and ensure our SEO strategies comply with best practices and guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Solid experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Proficiency in conducting keyword research and utilizing keyword research tools.
- Familiarity with on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Understanding of technical SEO concepts, including website audits and optimization.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Experience with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO crawlers (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Moz).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Continual learning mindset to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and industry developments.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
