Woke Nutrition is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Female Back Office Executive** to join our team and support our customer order verification process. As a **Back Office Executive**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of customer orders and confirming their delivery details. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will be essential for the success of this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Call customers to confirm and verify their orders placed through our online platform or other channels.
- Verify customer information, including order details, contact information, and delivery address, to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide order confirmation and delivery time estimates.
- Update and maintain customer records and order information in our database accurately.
- Coordinate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and discrepancies professionally and promptly.
- Assist in generating and analyzing reports related to order verification and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, back office, or order verification roles is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns empathetically.
- Familiarity with CRM software or order management systems is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
