- Issue receipts and ensure correct billing
- Maintain proper cash register operations and reconcile at the end of the shift
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order flow
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
- Follow all company policies related to cash handling, refunds, and discounts
- Assist in inventory counts and daily reports if required

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10+2 or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus
- Prior experience as a cashier in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a pleasant personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
