**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and upgrade VMware vSphere and related components such as ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, vSphere Distributed Switches, and vSAN.
Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of VMware infrastructure and virtual machines (VMs).
Create and manage virtual machines, templates, and snapshots.
Implement and maintain VMware high availability (HA), Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), and Fault Tolerance (FT) features.
Perform capacity planning, resource optimization, and troubleshooting of VMware environments.
Collaborate with storage, network, and security teams to ensure seamless integration with VMware infrastructure.
Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for VMware environments.
Patch management and upgrade planning for VMware software and firmware.
Create and maintain documentation related to VMware infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
Provide technical support to end-users and assist with issue resolution related to VMware infrastructure and virtual machines.
Stay up-to-date with VMware products, technologies, and industry trends to propose improvements and optimizations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a VMware Administrator or a similar role, managing VMware infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter Server, ESXi hosts, vSAN, and associated components.
Familiarity with virtualization concepts, such as hypervisors, virtual networking, and storage.
Experience in implementing and managing VMware high availability (HA), DRS, and FT features.
Proficient in monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting VMware environments.
Understanding of storage technologies (SAN, NAS) and integration with VMware.
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions for virtualized environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This is a VMware position, requiring advanced knowledge and experience in VMware.
