Cctv Technician

**Smart Systems,** a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a **CCTV Technician.** In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems in both Ernakulam and Kottayam branches.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and

recording equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate CCTV systems with other security solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in CCTV technology and recommend upgrades as needed.
- Provide technical support to clients and address their inquiries promptly.
- Document all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs for reference.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and related technologies.
- Proficient in the use of testing and diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to travel between Ernakulam and Kottayam branches as needed.

**Education and Certifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in CCTV installation and maintenance.

Pay: ₹10,170.73 - ₹20,269.91 per month
