**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
- Monitor and optimize processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Manage and resolve operational issues that may arise, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to senior leadership and departments as needed.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead and coordinate business projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals and timelines.
- Track progress of ongoing projects, making adjustments when necessary to maintain workflow.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Implement tools and systems to improve operational performance and overall business outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in business administration, operations, or related management roles.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with business management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of financial principles and budgeting.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration.
- Experience with project management and business process optimization.
- Knowledge of business automation tools and software.

Pay: From ₹10,498.18 per month
