**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Input and update data into the company database with precision and speed.

2. Verify data accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.

3. Organize and maintain records, ensuring data integrity and security.

4. Compile, verify, and sort information for data entry.

5. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

6. Generate reports and export data as needed.

7. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.

8. Collaborate with other team members to achieve data-related goals.

9. Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and procedures.

10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.

2. Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

3. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

6. Basic knowledge of data entry procedures and tools.

7. Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment.

8. Good communication skills.

9. High school diploma or equivalent.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Prior experience in [industry/sector].

2. Knowledge of data management systems.

3. Additional certification in data entry or related field.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
