**Role & Responsibilities**:
The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships across all dealerships and ensuring seamless sales and service processes. Key responsibilities include managing daily sales reports, dealer onboarding, vehicle dispatch coordination, documentation, and post-sales support.
**Languages to be known : Tamil, English, Hindi(Speak)**
- **Daily Sales Reporting**:
- Track and maintain daily sales reports on a dealer-wise basis, including primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure that all sales data is accurate, up-to-date, and reported to management on time.
- Analyze dealer performance and highlight areas of improvement.
- **Dealer Onboarding Process**:
- Manage the onboarding process for new dealers, including the collection and verification of necessary documents (LOI, dealer agreements, etc.).
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination with new dealers to onboard them effectively.
- **Vehicle Dispatch & Coordination**:
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely dispatch of vehicles to dealers.
- Ensure vehicle dispatch is completed as per dealer requirements and in compliance with regulations.
- Manage Vahan entry for vehicle dispatch.
- **Documentation and Administrative Support**:
- Handle and maintain all necessary office documentation for dealer transactions and operations.
- Prepare and review all documentation related to vehicle dispatch, including customer handling, credit notes, and Vahan documentation.
- Assist with dealer requests for festival offer-related credit notes and ensure proper documentation is in place.
- **Dealer Training & Support**:
- Organize and coordinate training sessions for dealers on DMS (Dealer Management System) to enhance their operational efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support to dealers to resolve any system-related queries and ensure effective use of DMS.
- **Customer & Dealer Handling**:
- Manage customer inquiries and issues related to vehicle dispatch or sales.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with dealers on both sales and service matters to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Perform telecalling for every sale to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
- **Spare Material Orders**:
- Ensure timely placement of spare parts orders with dealers.
- Monitor the progress of spare part orders and follow through to ensure on-time delivery to the dealers.
- **Festival Offers & Credit Notes**:
- Manage the processing of dealer credit notes related to festival offers and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
- Communicate with dealers regarding credit note issuance and maintain records of all transactions.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**:
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or administrative duties as required by the sales and service team.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for dealer transactions, sales reports, and service follow-ups.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
