The Store & Purchase Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store and purchasing department. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting the purchasing process, and ensuring that supplies are procured and stored effectively. Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Ensure proper storage of goods, maintaining organization and cleanliness in the store.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and placing orders.
- Maintain records of all purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Ensure that all documentation is filed correctly and easily accessible for audits and reviews.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and negotiating terms to ensure best value for the company.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, ensure that all products meet the quality standards before being accepted into inventory.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their inventory needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Communicate any issues related to stock or procurement to relevant departments promptly.
- Provide support for any other store and purchase-related tasks as required.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
