**Job Title**: Medical Marketing Executive
**Location**: Jadavpur, South Kolkata
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 Years
**Industry**: Healthcare / Clinical Marketing
**Reporting To**: Marketing Manager / Director

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote clinical services and medical facilities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals, especially in and around South Kolkata.
- Organize and participate in CMEs (Continuing Medical Education programs), health camps, and promotional events.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, medical tie-ups, and corporate connect programs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential doctor partners to ensure satisfaction and drive referrals.
- Collect feedback from doctors and patients to improve service quality and marketing effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Maintain detailed records of marketing activities, visits, leads, and outcomes.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical or clinical marketing.
- Strong doctor network and rapport in South Kolkata.
- Good knowledge of local healthcare market dynamics and referral models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- **Must own a two-wheeler** with valid driving license for daily field visits.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduation in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting in MS Office.

**Salary**: As per industry standards + Incentives + Travel Allowance
**Joining**: Immediate preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
