- Patient enrollment via Face to Face / tele counselling / Home-counselling in coordination with PAP Center
- Explaining the patients about the features of PAP and process of enrollment
- Support patients with the documentation process (wherever applicable)
- Coordinating with PAP center for patient’s enrollment
- Address the availability of the medicine through the approved nearby stockiest by providing details of stockist
- Scheduling home visits to patient’s home as per the approved process flow wherever

applicable
- Supporting patients and call centers to resolve any queries related to prescriptions, invoices, enrollment form or any other documents or verification process
- Supporting and coordinating Diagnostics tests as a part of PAP offering to patients as per approved process flow
- Adverse Event Reporting as per process of YRR and record keeping according to Pfizer specification
- Assistance Medicine Coordination (Dispatch | Delivery)

Interaction with Doctors
- Meeting doctors to explain about PAP process and giving feedback on patients’ status

Ø Patient counsellors will be provided list of doctors. Territory executive will introduce counsellors to doctor in 1-2 visits or as required
- Doctor can refer patients to Care Counsellors or PAP Team at PAP Centre for enrolling in to the PAP
- Care Counsellor can reach out to doctors for any query related to prescriptions
- Doctor can refer any issue raised by patients for PAP to counsellors
- Care Counsellor will provide regular feedback to doctors about status of his patients

Ø How many patients enrolled, any specific issue with any patients related to PAP enrollment or PAP service.

**Salary**: Fixed plus DA(Rs.200/-)

Qualification: Must be M Pharma/ B Pharma/ Bio science

Experience: Must have Medical Sales back ground

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
