Milling Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate manual milling machines to perform machining operations such as cutting, drilling, slotting, tapping, and shaping.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials.
- Ensure correct dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height gauges.
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe.
- Work in coordination with the production and quality team to meet daily targets.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Min 2 years of experience as a manual milling operator
- Strong knowledge of machine shop practices and machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
