Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- All maintenance related activities in compliance with Huntsman EHS standards/procedures, local regulations as well as global best practices and requirements.
- Planning & implementation of following maintenance activities for Plant.
- Planned Maintenance activities
- Prepare plan of Preventive maintenance schedule for site and its effective implementation.
- Analysis of equipment failure with corrective & preventive action to minimize the Equipment break downs.
- Utilization of the contingent man-machine effectively for site maintenance activities.
- Reviewing the requirement of critical & consumable spares and maintain the stock.
- Raising the indent (PR) for spares & equipment’s & follow up with purchase department for timely delivery.
- Timely verification of all maintenance jobs, measurement sheets and completion of GRN/invoice bookings.
- Prepare maintenance budget and adhere to the agreed/granted budget.
- Assist in multiple internal & external audits such as statutory / EHS / Finance / Asset/ ISO etc.
- Coordinate with all site functions as well as shared services & Corporate Purchase for smooth execution of maintenance activities.
- Analysis of machine/equipment down time, timely completion of root cause and corrective-preventive action.
- Update all maintenance records, preparation of Reports and timely communication.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education: Diploma/bachelor’s in electrical/Instrumentation Engineering with electrical supervisor license

Experiences: 5-7 years in General/ Electrical/ Instrumentation maintenance.

Know-how & Skills: Statutory compliance, Knowledge of Operation & maintenance of HT Yard, Transformer, Pumps, PLC control system etc.
