Sanfort Play School, located in the vibrant community of Dilshad Garden, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Branch Coordinator cum Admission Counsellor to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about early childhood education and who aim to make a significant impact on young minds.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Admissions Management**: Counsel and guide parents through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- **Operations Coordination**: Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling, staffing, to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- **Parent Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and community stakeholders through regular communication and meetings.
- **Academic Collaboration**: Work closely with the academic team to support an efficient and effective learning environment for our students.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in local marketing efforts to promote the branch and attract prospective families.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in the education sector, with a focus on admissions or counseling.
- **Skills**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fluency in English, strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
