Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for logistics staff
- Assess training needs and create relevant training materials
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
- Maintain training records and track staff performance
- Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and address them
- Provide hands-on training as well as classroom-style instruction
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
