Provide training to workers and supervisors on fundamental quality control tools, including check sheets, control charts, cause-and-effect diagrams, and Pareto analysis.
- Demonstrate practical methods for defect detection and prevention directly on the shopfloor.
- Educate participants on workplace safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct interactive sessions on accident prevention, hazard identification, and emergency preparedness.
- Foster a **safety-first culture** to reduce risks and ensure adherence to workplace regulations.
- Train the MSME workforce in effective interpersonal communication, teamwork, and professional workplace behaviour.
- Enhance manager-worker relationships through role-plays, group activities, and practical exercises.
- Develop soft skills to promote collaboration, minimize conflicts, and build workplace harmony.
- Strengthen the leadership capacity of entrepreneurs and supervisors to manage teams efficiently and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Deliver shopfloor demonstrations on lean manufacturing practices, including **5S, Kaizen, energy conservation, and waste management**.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per day
