- **Lead Generation & Sales**: Actively seek and respond to inquiries for banquets and events, conduct site visits, and convert leads into signed contracts and revenue for the venue.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand their specific event needs, and tailor proposals to meet those requirements.
- **Proposal & Contract Management**: Prepare detailed sales proposals, contracts, and event packages, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
- **Event Coordination**: Liaise with internal departments, such as catering, operations, and kitchen staff, to ensure the seamless execution and successful delivery of client events.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and consistently exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals for banquet and event business.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and the property's target market to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Client Satisfaction**: Provide excellent customer service throughout the event planning process and during the event itself, resolving issues and building client loyalty.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,920.06 - ₹38,714.70 per month
