**Job Title: Telecaller / Telephone Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:
As a telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and provide information or assistance as needed. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about products/services or seeking assistance.
- Identify and understand customer needs and preferences to provide relevant product/service information.
- Answer questions about products/services and explain their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in the database.
- Handle customer objections effectively and resolve complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and support sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or telephone sales representative preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with customers professionally and build rapport over the phone.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or communication is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:
