**Employment Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Development**:

- Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- **Keyword Research**:

- Perform in-depth keyword research and identify target keywords to optimize content.
- Ensure keyword integration across on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- **On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, and URLs for search engines.
- Ensure proper internal linking and site structure to improve user experience and crawlability.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- **Off-Page Optimization**:

- Plan and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Develop relationships with relevant websites for guest posting and backlink opportunities.
- **Content Collaboration**:

- Work with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into web pages, blogs, and other content.
- Identify content gaps and suggest new topics to target high-value keywords.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, rankings, and overall SEO performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed optimization.
- Ensure mobile-first indexing and responsive design compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (minimum 1-2 years).
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on SEO trends and best practices.
