**5 - 9 Year**: **Pune Mumbai**: *** The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the SharePoint 2016 platform, including but not limited to building and managing SharePoint and microsites and landing pages. They will be expected to work with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues. They will also be responsible for developing new functionality and enhancements, and assisting with system integrations and new products rolled out to the SharePoint 2016 environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities: List up to 5 key duties and responsibilities, management responsibilities and time spent (if applicable) ? Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions. ? Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet. ? Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions. ? Providing SharePoint support for SP2016. ? Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss. ? Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data. ? Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user - experiences. ? Maintaining network infrastructure, as well as managing encryption, security zones, and firewalls. ? Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades ? Clearly communicating the findings from the analysis to turn information into something actionable through reports, dashboards, and/or presentations. Functional Knowledge: What knowledge of concepts, process, principles or procedures is needed within discipline; SME? Key Skills Required: ? SP 2016 On Prem Environment Knowledge and Experience ? Should have PowerShell Scripting Knowledge ? Great communication skills. Nice to Have ?
