We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Vidhyamani. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing visually appealing and engaging designs across various digital and print platforms. Your creative flair, attention to detail, and strong design skills will contribute to enhancing our brand image and delivering exceptional visual experiences to our audience.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print mediums, including social media graphics, website banners, logos, brochures, presentations, and more
Develop innovative and captivating designs that align with our brand guidelines and target audience
Produce high-quality graphics by utilizing industry-standard design software and tools
Maintain and update design assets and files for easy access and future reference
Ensure consistency and coherence in design across all channels and platforms
Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and copywriting, to ensure effective design implementation
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, either through internships, freelance work, or previous employment
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, highlighting creativity and technical skills
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of digital design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
Familiarity with current design trends and best practices in both digital and print media
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
