Social Media Marketing (SMM) Expert - SaaS | Lead Generation & Branding (3+ Years Experience)

**Location**: Delhi Office (On-site)

**Experience Required**: 3+ Years in Social Media Marketing, specializing in SaaS Products and International Markets (USA, Europe, etc.)

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation (B2B)
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and other platforms targeting international B2B audiences (USA, Europe, APAC).
- Develop and manage paid ad campaigns to drive qualified leads for SaaS products and services.
- Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL (Cost per Lead) and maximize ROI.

2. **Branding & Positioning**
- Build and establish a strong digital brand presence for the company and its SaaS products in global markets.
- Create and implement brand-building strategies to position the company as a trusted solution provider in the SaaS industry.
- Curate thought leadership content, case studies, product success stories, and visual content for various social media platforms.

3. **Content Strategy & Execution**
- Develop engaging content calendars, including copywriting, creatives, and short videos tailored for international audiences.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to create platform-specific content that aligns with the SaaS buyer journey.

4. **Performance Tracking & Analysis**
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, Conversions) and present performance reports with data-driven recommendations.
- Continuously optimize social media strategies based on real-time insights.

5. **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**
- Stay updated on trends in the SaaS industry, B2B marketing strategies, and international market preferences.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improving lead generation and brand positioning.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing for SaaS-based products or IT services companies.
- Expertise in lead generation campaigns targeting international markets (USA, Europe, APAC).
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools:

- Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva.
- Excellent content creation skills - ability to craft captivating ad copies, creative posts, and product-centric visual content.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, SaaS product positioning, and lead nurturing processes.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to optimize ad spend and campaign performance.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and SaaS growth strategies.
