Manage shop and staff of 20-25 people
- Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
- Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Approving work hours.
- Ensure great customer service at all levels.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
