- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner;
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics;
- Handle Telephone Calls. And handle Lead Validation and sending the Lead to the concerned executive in the CRM and Whatsapp;
- Sending the I level Intro Mail to the Callers as per the pre - defined template;
- Keep records of all conversations in a database in a comprehensible way;
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets;
- Previous experience in a customer support role;
- Track record of over - achieving quota;
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types;
Ability to multi - task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
**Education and Experience**:
Any Graduate
1 - 3 years of experience in Inbound and Outbound Tele calling.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
